Seagry Firstamour

Seagry Firstamour (Amy) dark brown mare 11/05/14 British Hanoverian Elite Mare (ST Pr St) achieved a top overall score of 8.0 at her Hanoverian performance test. She scored 8.5 from the judges for rideability, 8.5 for her trot and 8.0 for her canter. This is a truly exceptional Embryo Transfer filly out of the amazing mare St Pr St Seagry Sanay. She was lightly competed as a 4 YO and undertook her Hanoverian Performance Test, where she was the top graded mare. She is qualified for Winter Regionals 2021 at medium and Elementary and for the 2021 Summer Nationals at Medium, Advanced medium and British Dressage 7 year old Championships in which she came 8th. In 2022 she became the National Champion FSM AM at the BD Winter Championships. She is showing all the qualities necessary to make her a high performing Advanced dressage horse and is training at PSG at home with the intention of stepping up in 2022. We have three ET foals from her, in 2017 a filly by the Westfalian licensing Champion 2015, D'Egalite by the late Don Juan De Huis. The filly (Seagry Danita) was awarded a Hanoverian Foal Premium and then was awarded a BEF Futurity Elite First Premium with a score of 9.3. She was the 4th Highest graded dressage foal in the UK in 2017 and then in 2020 she gained another Elite grading as 3 year old, one of only 4 horses in the country. She was the highest graded 3 year old across all disciplines in the UK. In 2018 Amy had a colt foal by Vitalis (Viceroy Seagry) who is equally as special as Danita having been awarded a Futurity Elite as a 3 year old, the highest graded dressage 3 yr old dressage gelding in the UK. In 2019 she had an embryo transfer foal by Totilas, a beautiful, long legged black filly Seagry Toto Bella. This foal was awarded a score of 8.5 at the foal inspection and was awarded a Foal Premium by Hanoverian GB. Amy's dam, Seagry Sanay, is a truly outstanding mare that we bought at the Hanoverian Elite auction in 2012. She was a finalist in all 6 British Young Horse classes in 2013 and representing GB was 3rd in the FEI CDI Young Horse Final in Vidauban (France) 2013. In 2014 she was 3rd in the British National Young Horse Championships at Hickstead beating some of Britain's top 6 year old horses. She was nominated to represent GB in the World Breeding Championships in Verden. She won the Hickstead PSG Premier League show in 2017 and earned a direct qualification to the Nationals in 2017. She contested the CDI Bolesworth and CDI Hartpury in 2018 at Small Tour. She was ridden by the gifted Charlie Hutton and contested her first Inter II in 2018.
The sire, For Romance I (Furst Romancier/Sir Donnerhall/Don Schufro) was the Oldenburg licensing champion 2011 and is an enormously talent horse and comes from the amazing Gesine dynasty.
In 2012, For Romance’s full sister Fasine took the Oldenburg Champion Mare title – a feat that is so far unique in the history of the Oldenburg Verband.
We have huge expectations for this mare.
This mare is line bred to Sandro Hit through Sir Donnerhall on the sire line and Stedinger on the dam line.
